HAARP Technology Narration

HAARP stands for High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program located near Gakona, Alaska.

Purpose of HAARP Technology

There are two schools of thoughts.

• It can be used as a tool/ weapon which will be more dangerous than nuclear weapons.
• It can also cause weather changes.
• It can also be a source of communication.

Studying the behaviour of the ionosphere

How HAARP helps us study weather changes? It was used to study the ionosphere phenomenon, which is a layer, similar to the atmosphere’s layer, stretches 50 to 400 miles above the Earth’s Surface.

World-Class Project

HAARP is considered a program and can be used to study changes in the ionosphere. HAARP has the capability of transmitting high-frequency waves and high power for studying this type of change.

IRI (Ionospheric Research Instrument)

It covers the area of almost 0.13 square kilometres with 180 radio antennas spreading all over it. It can transmit radio waves of frequency 2.7 and 10 MHz with the power of 3.6 MW.

Gave way to many other scientific types of research and programs

It facilitates the study of radio and space physics.  HAARP also includes IRI (Ionospheric Research Instrument) which many scientists are again using to study the natural process of excitation and many other space reactions taking place naturally.

HAARP Technology as a Heater

Why are we calling HAARP a heater? When scientists want to study any space changes in the ionosphere, they use HAARP as a tool to review these changes. I have to explain because it can confuse the mind of the reader.

Everything in this universe is made of atoms. Atoms consist of electrons. Anything can be mould into a different shape by making changes in its base. Similarly, scientists use HAARP to excite electrons, present in the ionosphere to study space reactions, weather changes and many other scientific processes. That’s why we are calling HAARP Technologya heater.

It provides world-class facilities in its laboratory as follows:-

• Large operation centres
• High maintenance storage building
• Large capacity power plant
• many science pads

The actual reason for the weather change

The actual reason changes that are occurring in the ionosphere.

The invention of the HAARP project

When it became a common knowledge that ionosphere is beneficial in transferring radio signals, two army branches (U.S. Navy & U.S. Air force) became interested and started constructing the HAARP project in 1993 near Gakona. That place was selected because it was concentrated with auroras.

Aurora’s literal meaning is light of the day. However, in simple words, an atmospheric phenomenon.

Manipulation and communication

• It can be used as a source of communication in seawater worldwide in the case of radio communication.
• It can also serve a purpose in sky wave propagation which is mainly conducting experiments in space.

Seawater communication

Low frequency can be used in communication in submarines in deep seawater. Salty seawater also conducts radio signals that are felt by the wires of submarines, with which they have been made functional, in shallow depth of the seawater. In this respect, HAARP helps in underwater communication.

 Use as a weapon – HAARP Technology

HAARP is being called a weapon. We have to think about why. This is whether determining instrument, but why we are calling it a gun? The answer is that the people who have made this technology can make electrons excite in the specific area of the ionosphere of any other country and make weather changes that can also not be predicted at times by that country. They can make a country sink by making continuous showers, bringing earthquakes etc.

 DUMA’s concern – HAARP Technology

When they came to know about this HAARP tech/program, in an Interfax of August 8, 2002, the Russian state Duma said in an appeal that “U.S. new creation geophysical weapon may affect near-Earth medium with high-frequency radio waves. This weapon can also be used in transition from old and worthless weapons to powerful nuclear weapons. This weapon is far more dangerous than the previous weapon because its primary target is near-Earth medium and its components.”

A committee was held where that appeal was sent. They identified that the U.S. is planning the use of this weapon in military testing at

• Alaska
• Norway
• Greenland

The State Duma said that military testing from these areas would influence near-Earth medium and affect people’s minds.

The deputies showed concern and said: “Under the name of HAARP program, The U.S. state wants to do large scale experiments, despite telling the global community, which they can use to create weapons capable of breaking interconnected radio communication systems worldwide on the Earth as well as on rockets and spaceships. With this, they can distort electricity and gas pipelines as well. Seeing this situation of their country, the mental health of that country’s people is also being affected.” They appealed to ban these type of experiments.

Conspiracies- HAARP Technology

In 2010, there was an Earthquake in Venezuelan. The leader of Venezuelan thought that Earthquake was caused by HAARP or a program like this. That Earthquake was called Haiti Earthquake.

The real reason was the slipping of tectonic plates of the borders of the Caribbean and North America.

Existence of HAARP Technology

Ionosphere’s ability to transfer radio wave signals accurately makes it a useful instrument in measuring any inaccessible part of the Earth’s atmosphere. Ionosphere sends solar particles to the Earth, which causes disruptions in communication and electric grid connections. If scientists were able to understand this strange behaviour of solar flares, they would solve all these problems. To understand this, HAARP still exists.

Conclusion

Whatever the technology we are using, its positive use will spread peace everywhere on the Earth. Harmful help will spread negativity around. Keep in mind while taking the positive or negative benefit, because it will ultimately affect us.
